Paul Dahlke is Head of Technology Management at the NVL Group. Previously he was staff officer at German Armed Forces and research associate at Helmut-Schmidt-University. He has various publications in the field of agile product development, systems engineering and naval ship design. He is a member of the SEA Naval Directors Committee, member of the Association of German Engineers Expert Committee 710 (VDI FA 710): "Agile Product Development of Mechatronic Systems" and member of the German Chapter of INCOSE (GfSE) “Agile Systems Engineering Working Group”.
