Juan Dorje Palbar Misas is a Research Assistant in Navigation and Maritime Cyber at the University of Plymouth. He works on the EU Horizons Cyber-MAR project. Prior to this attained a BSc in Navigation and Maritime Science with an interest in maritime autonomy. Currently, he is a PhD Candidate in Cybersecurity looking at the Future of Maritime autonomy and how this affects mariners in remote operations.
