Commander James Schnadhorst is an experienced NATO Maritime Staff officer having served in a number of NATO roles since 2012. He is currently serving at Maritime Command in Northwood with responsibility for the ASW (Surface) capability area working jointly with Air Force and UW colleagues. James has enjoyed an extremely diverse Military career with a wide range of responsibilities and achievements including posts advising the Armed Forces of Sierra Leone, serving as Arms Control Inspector and managing the Maritime Operations Cell. Outside of work James is looking to relocate to Australia on leaving the Royal Navy.
