Lieutenant Commander Hans van IJzerloo has well over 30 years of experience in the Royal Netherlands Navy and is now directed to the NATO Naval Mine Warfare Centre of Excellence as a Subject Matter Expert for Concept Development & Experimentation. His main drive is to make all NATO Mine Counter Measures (MCM) systems compliant and to structure their contributions throughout the whole process from Planning to Evaluation.
