Arnt Reksten has a background in submarine operations at both tactical and operational levels, including service as aboard Ula-class submarines as Executive Officer, and as Head of Section at the Norwegian Submarine Operations Authority. His educational background includes the Norwegian Naval Academy, MBA from the University of Tromsø, and the Norwegian Defence Command and Staff College. Currently responsible for government-to-government dialogue in the German-Norwegian submarine cooperation at the Norwegian Ministry of Defence.
