Ryan Hall

Ryan joined the RNLI in 2023 as head of Region for the Southeast.  In this period, he quickly learnt how to manage challenging demand for volunteers and rescue equipment.  He was promoted this year to deputy director where he looks after the future and service delivery teams of the lifesaving operation, including Lifeboats, Lifeguards, and local water safety initiatives.  Prior to his time at the RNLI Ryan spent time as a harbourmaster at the Port of London, deputy harbourmaster in Southampton and was a Royal Navy officer in which he spent four years navigating a German frigate on an exchange programme.
