Richard Mills

Richard Mills is Chief Commercial Officer at Cellula Robotics, a Canadian developer of long endurance autonomous underwater vehicles powered by hydrogen fuel cells. He leads global commercial strategy across defence, security, and offshore energy, with a focus on practical deployment of persistent subsea capability. A former military aviator, he brings operational perspective to autonomy, reliability, and mission assurance. He has over fifteen years in subsea robotics, including twelve years at Kongsberg, where he led commercial growth across marine robotics and later directed Kongsberg Discovery activities across the Americas, delivering programmes spanning defence, research, and commercial markets.
