Paul Kessel

Paul Kessel is Strategy Director for Progeny Systems within General Dynamics Mission Systems, where he leads strategy across Progeny’s portfolio of submarine combat systems, electronic warfare, sonar, and mission readiness programs. Paul brings nearly 20 years with Progeny spanning engineering, program management, and business segment leadership — giving him deep, firsthand knowledge of the systems and missions that Progeny delivers to the fleet.
