Nati Atias

Nati Atias is a Senior Director of Business Development, responsible for Europe and for the global Naval and Airborne markets, with over 15 years of experience in the defense and advanced systems industries.

Throughout his career, Nati has led strategic growth initiatives, market expansion, and large-scale defense programs, working closely with defense agencies, leading naval OEMs, and international partners worldwide. His expertise spans the full lifecycle of defense solutions—from translating operational maritime requirements into technological solutions, through tenders and contract negotiations, to delivery, integration, and long-term operational support.

Previously, Nati served as Business Unit Manager for Robotics, as well as Business Development Manager and Program Manager for Western Europe, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex, high-value programs. He brings extensive hands-on experience in aligning advanced protection technologies with real-world naval operational challenges and building long-term strategic collaborations in international markets.

Nati holds an MBA, is a graduate of the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation, a PMP-certified Project Management Professional, and holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering.
