Matt Moore is the Deputy Sales Director for ISR and is also responsible for the UAS business development strategy for Thales. He is responsible for all UAS future business campaigns and UAS product development to execute the strategic intent of the ISR business. In particular, rotary wing maritime UAS capability, UAS services, through life insertion, upgrade and export, intelligent mission systems and mission management, ISTAR systems and platform integration.

Previously, Matt was a British Army Officer responsible for the in-service capability development, and delivery for all UAS systems employed by UK Land Forces. Matt has also deployed on operations as a UAS Commander and has considerable experience in the employment of UAS systems to achieve operational mission success.
