Marco Harth has been responsible for technical sales of highly specialized marine reduction gear units at RENK for over 10 years and, as Senior Sales Manager, supports customers and navies worldwide.

Before joining RENK, he worked in the defense industry for more than 8 years, holding various positions in sales and project management. Marco Harth served in the German Armed Forces for 12 years, where he held various

positions as an army officer in the maintenance corps and as a technical officer in the artillery corps. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of the German Armed Forces in Munich.

He is 51 years old, married, and the father of two children.
