Jens Rummler is Head of Sales Germany at NVL B.V. & Co. KG, bringing over two decades of experience in naval operations, shipbuilding, and defense sales. Since joining Lürssen in 2009, he has held key roles in mine warfare, weapons and integration projects, and logistics training. In 2014, he transitioned to sales for the German Navy, later leading business development for defense in Germany. With the establishment of NVL as an independent entity from Lürssen Defence, he continued his leadership role, assuming his current position in 2021.

Jens began his career as an officer in the German Navy, serving as a Mine Warfare Officer on multiple vessel classes and qualifying as a Commanding Officer on mine warfare vessels. He holds a Magister Artium in History and Social Sciences from Helmut-Schmidt University in Hamburg.
