Henry is Programme Director Integrated Combat Systems for BAESYSTEMS Submarines. His portfolio also includes Platform

Complex Systems and In Service Support.

Henry joined BAE Systems in 2020 having spent the previous 38 years with the MoD. He originally joined the Royal Navy as

a Weapon Engineering Officer but spent the bulk of his career working on the Royal Navy’s major platform programmes;

both on Submarines and Surface Ships. The current role therefore places him back in the same professional niche that

began his career.

Henry is married with four children; three of whom are still at University. After fixing the house and the garden, his sparse

free time is spent walking the dog and singing in a local choir. He occasionally enjoys sailing, fishing and skiing
