Heidi Clevett

Have worked for HM Coastguard for 11 years, 3 years in current role. Previous to this I was VTS Manager for the Dover Strait and Sunk areas and Vessel Traffic Manager for the whole of UK, leading a project to establish a vessel traffic monitoring function in UK waters. Currently have a team of 12 service owners of the various suite of systems Coastguard operators use, acting as ‘intelligent customer’ for IT._x000d_
My previous career was in the Merchant Navy, where I spent 6 years working as a Deck Officer and Chief Mate on both cruise ships and ferries.
