Francis Celeste

Francis Celeste is currently the Head of the Programme Division FSAF-PAAMS in OCCAR in charge of the FSAF-PAAMS programme involving France, Italy and the United Kingdom. Acting also as the Programme Manager, he leads a team in charge of delivering the medium and long range Air Defence Assets o the forces of the three nations (French Air Force and Navy, Italian Army, Air Force and Navy, UK Navy). He is a military engineer and officer of the armament corps of the French armament procurement entity DGA and was formerly in charge of procurement programmes different domains like missiles, land or remote sensing domains. He has also a PhD in Signal processing and telecommunications
