Focuses mainly on regulatory issues related to offshore wind energy, as well as issues related to security, supply chain and other aspects of project development. Previously associated with Enea Operator. PhD at the Faculty of Economics. Author of scientific publications on energy, including renewable energy sources with focus on offshore wind energy. Member of the Scientific Council for Offshore Wind Energy at the Maritime University of Szczecin. Engaged in educational activities for RES and wind energy.
