Andrew Flinn is a member of the Combat Systems Delivery Team, Innovation Unit, within the Submarine Delivery Agency based in MoD Abbeywood, Bristol.

He has previously worked within the Defence Nuclear Organisation, DE&S and Dstl including a posting to the British Embassy, Washington.

Andrew’s background has included a wide range of surface ship and submarine programmes within MOD; all focused on the introduction of new science and technology to improve RN capability.
