Over the past decade and a half, Dean has built several R&D businesses focusing on Defense programs. A persistent innovator, Dean holds numerous issued utility patents, demonstrating his commitment to advancing technology and solving complex problems in creative ways. As CEO of DSG, Dean led significant advancements in the company’s CAV-X and XMP product lines, enhancing program execution and IP development. Recently, he transitioned to the role of CTO, shifting his focus to expanding DSG’s innovation and lethality programs.
