David Appelberg

Director for Marine Technology Center of Sweden. David works in close collaboration with the The Royal Swedish Navy, Saab Kockums, NKT and other key industry partners to strengthen Sweden’s capacity in marine technology. With a strong focus on defense innovation, research and development, he contributes to positioning Karlskrona as a national hub for marine technology and critical infrastructure. David Appelberg has a background as an business development executive, mainly in Norwegian and American companies. He has also served as an officer onboard various offshore vessels in the North Sea.
