Dan Collins

Head of Agentic Systems, EMEA – Invisible Technologies

Personal Profile

Dan helps executive teams turn agentic AI from a pilot into a P&L lever—designing systems that plan, decide, and execute across messy, real-world workflows. He leads enterprise programs across EMEA, working with public and private sector leaders to move beyond proofs of concept and deliver production-grade agents with governance, telemetry, and ROI guardrails.

His edge is operationalizing multi-agent architectures—linking strategy, data foundations, model evaluation, and human-in-the-loop operations so agents don’t just “demo well” but survive contact with reality. Dan’s remit includes blueprinting agent factories, evaluation/red-team frameworks, and integration patterns across identity, permissions, and change management in regulated environments.

Previously, Dan led AI initiatives at McKinsey/QuantumBlack, including work associated with LegacyX, an agentic platform for modernizing legacy estates faster and with less risk—experience he now applies to complex enterprise transformations.

Mission: Build reliable, auditable agentic systems that pair human judgment with automated execution—so organizations stop “experimenting with AI” and start compounding value every quarter
