Boris Katsman

Head of Business Development & Marketing in the Naval Warfare Systems Directorate at RAFAEL Advanced Defense Systems, where he guides strategy and innovation for maritime defense solutions. Since 2017, Boris has contributed to the advancement of naval combat systems at RAFAEL, overseeing complex programs and supporting the introduction of innovative technologies to the maritime domain. Prior to joining RAFAEL, Boris held key roles in other defense organizations, leading engineering teams and managing programs for naval defence technologies. In his various prior positions in the defense industry and at RAFAEL, Boris has accumulated extensive experience in research and development, engineering and international business development. Boris holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion and an International Executive MBA from the University of Haifa.
