Arnar Steingrimsson has been working with Autonomous Underwater Vehicles since joining Hafmynd Ehf, Teledyne Gavia’s predecessor in 2003 in has worked in a variety of roles including marketing, product line management, sales and business development of unmanned systems to commercial, military and scientific markets. Mr. Steingrimsson is currently the Vice President of Sales, Marine Vehicles for Teledyne Marine, working out of the Teledyne Marine offices in Falmouth, Massachusetts. In this capacity he is responsible for the sales efforts of Teledyne Marine Vehicles including Gavia / Osprey /

SeaRaptor AUVs, buoyancy engine driven Slocum gliders and APEX floats in addition to Teledyne Benthos and TapTone product lines.

Mr. Steingrimsson has a wealth of international business experience along with business degrees from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a certificate from MIT’s Sloan Executive Education program in Management and Leadership. In addition to previous positions in logistics, Mr. Steingrimsson has served in the US Navy

on both surface ships and amphibious construction battalions.
