After transitioning from frontline intelligence work, Andy joined Windward, where for the past three years he has led an engineering team dedicated to supporting public-sector partners. His work focuses on advancing maritime domain awareness, delivering technology-driven intelligence solutions, and strengthening national security capabilities through data and innovation.
