Originally qualified as an avionics engineer, with 10 years’ service in the Royal Air Force, he brings a disciplined engineering mindset to helping organisations reduce risk, improve asset reliability, and operate with greater confidence. As Director of Business Development for UK & Europe at IRISS, Inc., Adrian supports the adoption of electrical maintenance safety devices, condition monitoring, and safety training solutions that protect people, prevent failures, and strengthen operational resilience.
