Delta Fire are a leading UK designer, manufacturer and supplier of bespoke defence firefighting and suppression products specialising in portable first response equipment such as handheld fire nozzles, layflat fire hoses, foam inductors, foam branchpipes, smoke removal fans and ancillary fire fittings. All our products are NATO codified and are in current operational service across multiple UK & International defence sectors.
This year Delta Fire were the proud recipient of two King’s Awards for Enterprise making us one of only two companies in the UK to receive this prestigious double award. Our first award was for Innovation and was centered around the design and development of our Attack 100 Pro fire nozzle, a variant of which is now used across the UK Royal Navy fleet. Our second award was for Sustainable Development and reflected our investment and dedication in becoming a net zero UK manufacturer. We believe we are the only manufacturer in our sector to produce our products using robotized CNC machining plants run entirely on the green solar energy we generate and store at our Norfolk based facility. Our 648 solar panels, shortly to be supported by a series of wind turbines, generate more energy than we can use within our business activities allowing us to store our excess energy in a large commercial storage battery for use during darker months. Our excess energy production is then sold back into the grid.
Alongside portable fire equipment Delta Fire also specialises in the design and production of fixed foam fire suppression systems for the protection of engine bays, generator rooms, munitions stores, galley areas and any other high risk areas. Many of our systems are in use across the off-shore Oil & Gas and Naval sectors, principally for heli-deck protection.
Delta Fire offers a single-source solution to the Defence sector and actively encourages collaborative working in the provision of bespoke designs to suit industry specific requirements.
We are a Joscar Hellios Approved defence supplier and are accredited to ISO9001:2015, ISO140001: 2015, ISO45001: 2018 and Cyber Essentials.
