Defence Engagement Assistant
This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in the dynamic defence and event industries.
The Defence Engagement Assistant will primarily focus on stewardship, ensuring strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders, particularly event speakers. You will be responsible for managing the speaker journey from agenda sign-off to event delivery. This includes maintaining regular contact with speakers, managing logistical requirements, keeping them informed about the agenda and fostering their engagement. By creating a positive and professional brand experience, the assistant will help speakers feel valued as part of the Defence Leaders community and ensure high levels of retention.

You will be joining an established team of sales professionals who demonstrate each day the determination and commitment to succeed.
